We offer a detailed size and skill guide on each product page. Generally, beginners should look for oversized heads for a larger sweet spot, while advanced players often prefer smaller heads for increased control.
Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Most of our intermediate and recreational rackets come pre-strung. Professional-grade frames are typically sold unstrung to allow players to customize their string type and tension.
What is your return policy on sports equipment?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that rackets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle has been removed or if the strings show signs of use.
How long does shipping take within the country?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for a match sooner.
Do you offer professional restring services?
Yes, we provide professional restringing services. You can select your preferred string and tension when purchasing a new frame, or send in your current racket to our service center.
Are the products covered by a warranty?
All rackets sold are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage caused by impact with the ground.
