At Rackets, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with plastic grip covers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring that rackets are padded to prevent frame damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
